We do not accept parcels returned to us which do not contain the correct address details and a senders name and address on the outside of the parcel.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by online service or leave us a message, we will respond as soon as we could, usually within 12 hours due to the time difference.
Should you wish to collect your parcel from our office in Shanghai or Shenzhen, please contact us before your visiting to ensure your order is ready for collecting.
