If you are dissatisfied with any OOMODEL product, your customer service representative will quickly replace the product or refund your money

  • We offer 2 different ways of delivery, Air mail and EMS(or DHL/UPS/Fedex), air mail usually take 2 to 5 weeks to arrive most countries, depending on the customs; while Express usually bring it to you winthin 1 week, please be adviced we DON’T ship to the countries EMS don’t go to by EMS.  Please contact us before you placing the order if you need them to be shipped by TNT or DHL,UPS,FEDEX. We suggest you to choose express if you need your order urgently.
  • We usually deliver orders within 2 work days due to our time differences, and if there is any items not available with your order, we will contact you by email within 1 work day.
  • We reserve the right to change your shipping method or upgrade the shipment to ensure you receive your order quickly.


  • You can track your parcel by clicking on the Track Your parcel button on the right hand side of our webpage, and you can track it on your local post office’s website when your customs updated the information.

Returns Policy

  • OOMODEL considers your satisfaction our #1 priority. If we make a mistake filling your order, we will make it right.
  • All items are tested to make sure they are working properly before we ship them to our customers.
  • Please inspect the product when you receive the shipment, identified any issue and report to us BEFORE you try to fly / use it. Return / exchange / refund is not allowed if the item has been used or flew. Please understand that RC helicopters and airplanes can crash if mistake made or you do not know how to fly, any kind of crash or hard landing may cause damagesto the m. We have no control over your flying skill, behavior or the conditions you have chosen to fly in.If you have any problem with the itemsyou ordered from us, please report it at the time you received the them.
  • If there is any defective with our products, or return, please notify us within 7days of receipt.
  • Every effort is made to represent each product correctly. Images are obtained from the manufacturers. Color hues may look different on various monitors.
  • We are not always kept up-to-date on what items have sold out, on backorder or are delayed, as there are plenty of items shipped and arrived everyday. You can use the contact us page to choose your form of contact to inquire about availability.
